Lightest post you can buy for this low!, January 9, 2012 By  Lucas Hansen "liveSTRONG" (phoenix, arizona, US) - See all my reviews    This review is from: ORIGIN8 Ultim8 Carbon Seat Post (Misc.) I ordered the 27.2 size and it is claimed at a scanty 145 grams on the package. This is just not true because I weighed it and it comes in at 139 grams with all hardware attached! I have been looking long and hard for a good quality carbon post for my current build and this just blew me away with price and quality! Rides great by dampening the road noise and is actually full carbon, no aluminum insert! If you are afraid by what the bike snobs will say, then this post isn't for you. But I can say, this is a high quality product! Want the lightest post for your money? Look no further.
